Join our artisan smoked trout business and help craft our award-winning smoked trout pates, fillets, and whole fish! This hands-on role involves all aspects of production, from preparing raw fish to creating our signature finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and trout for curing and smoking.
Smoke the trout
Produce finished products, including pâtés, fillets, and whole fish, ready for packaging.
Pack and label products for distribution.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Monitor stock levels and track ingredient needs.
