At 2020 Coffee Company we are as passionate about our coffee as you are and know how important the perfect brew is. In fact, it was our love of coffee that inspired us to start our coffee bean roasting company in Worthing, whcih follows the journey from bean to cup, ensuring the highest quality coffee at every step of the process.

Cooked Foods

'A Basing Bakes' has been trading since 2012. It started as a small home baking business, and although we are still home-based, a lot has changed since the early days. Cooking gluten free products requires a safe environment to protect out Coeliac customers, therefore we converted a room in our house to be a dedicated gluten free kitchen. We pride ourselves on our pastry and our products have won many awards from the Guild of Fine Foods who run the UK Great Taste Awards. We can usually be found at a market* on most weekends at one of the following locations: Romsey, Winchester, Emsworth and Farnham as well as the Guildford Farmers' Market which is on the 1st Tuesday of the month.

Drinks

An independent brewery located in Winchester, Alfred’s Brewery is a family business run by Wintonian Steve Haigh. Steve produces a range of high quality ales in a small brewhouse within half a mile of the historic city centre. Years of hard work and the fine-tuning of unique recipes has resulted in award winning flavours that can be enjoyed by those who visit the brewery shop, and from a growing number of local pubs who serve the beer.

Vineyard and Winery

The Black Chalk Estate is set in the stunning Test Valley, making it a perfect location to visit and taste our sparkling and still wines which are made right here, in our onsite winery. Whilst our wines may be beautifully crafted, our ethos remains down-to-earth, firmly rooted in the reality that growing and making wine in England is a challenging adventure! Sample our award-winning Hampshire wines by the glass or bottle. Try our wine tasting flights, there is no need to book, you can simply turn up and try. We also have a selection of coffees, teas and soft drinks. Indulge in delicious local produce, expertly paired with our Hampshire wines. Our rotating specials board offers seasonal delights, alongside a sharing platter menu of cheeses, charcuterie, and River Test smoked trout.

Cheese & Dairy

Using milk from our own cows we produce Sussex Charmer Cheese, which is a unique cheese, combining the recipes of a traditional farmhouse cheese with that of a parmesan. Our Twineham Grange Vegetarian Pasta Cheese is the only Vegetarian Parmesan Style cheese in the UK, to be approved by the Vegetarian Society. Our traditionally churned South Downs Butter has been awarded Gold at 'The Great Taste Awards' for each of the last six years.

Coffee

Christopher & Montrose coffee experience is based on years of exploration. Over most of their life, thanks to upbringings in various countries, business travel, and of course vacations, Chris and Monty have travelled the world extensively, savouring the best coffees and screwing up their faces at the worst. This unbeatable knowledge and understanding of what makes a superlative cupful means they are perfectly placed to meet the demands of the 4th wave* of coffee appreciation. Chris and Monty have developed rewarding relationships with individual farmers and key importers. They have worked with specialist roasters to discover how the sensitivity of the roast draws out the best flavour. They have also learnt from top baristas about getting the most out of a particular roast by varying brew pressures, water flow and temperatures. Dairy Farm

Delivering fresh produce direct to your home from our Family Run Farm. We have been running our 156-acre farm in Kings Worthy with a milking parlour and an average of 100 cows in the herd for 8 years. With our 5 children it’s a real family affair, even the little ones get involved. Our milking herd is a mix of breeds including the beautiful Jersey cows with their lovely creamy milk. We produce a quality milk that can be pasteurised, bottled and delivered direct to your doorstep – you won’t get fresher than that!

Drink

Dampney’s Remarkable Drinks produce a delicious range of hand-crafted English Liqueurs. Started as a germ of an idea in the summer of 2015. After two years of development, our first range of drinks was launched in 2017. Dampney’s are very versatile liqueurs. People drink them straight from a hip flask or as a shot over ice. Others have recommended the Raspberry range to pep up a prosecco and others say the Gooseberry Gin makes a most refreshing G & T in the summer. However you drink them, they hope you will savour the flavours of the countryside and garden which these liqueurs evoke.

Cheese & Dairy

At Ellie’s Dairy we try to raise our goats in as natural an environment as possible. We are not certified organic but we farm as traditionally as possible and work to the highest standards of responsible and ethical farming. We operate a ‘closed’ herd and all our animals are of the highest health status. They are pasture fed with free range access to grazing all year round but when they prefer to be indoors in their large airy barn they can enjoy hay from our own ancient meadows, made without pesticides or additives. The goats are fed minimal cereals, and when we do they are grown by a local farmer who has ethics and values similar to our own. All our feed is GM and additive free which we blend with a mixture of natural herbs and minerals for optimum nutrition.

WE BAKE BROWNIES ... (and our customers tell us that they're rather delicious) It's all about the home baked brownie right here. Chunky, rustic mouthwatering delights. Brownie boxes, slabs, celebration stacks and sharing/grazing boards, we've got your brownie fix covered. The ethos is using the finest ingredients to create a delicious brownie such as Belgian chocolate, Fair-trade cocoa and a quality milled flour. Our kitchen is based inside our shop in Waterlooville. Pies & Savoury Pastries

Jake's hand-cut pork pies from Hampshire are made only with 100% free-range pork from the South Downs and classic hot-water paste. They're seasoned with sea salt, freshly ground pepper and a pinch of spice.

Cheese & Dairy

Lyburn Farm makes a variety of different hand made cheeses, all of which are made from our own cows milk. The cheese is available, from a number of Stockists, our Farm Shop and our Online Shop. Although they are pressed, these artisan cheeses are not that close to cheddar cheese. They are, in general, a softer and a more continental type of cheese, with the exception of Old Winchester . The Lyburn Gold, is where we start and details of this cheese and all the others can be found on the page headed ‘Cheeses’.

Honey

We are a small family bee farming business and we are beekeepers first and foremost.  It is at the heart of all that we do.  We currently run 200 hives throughout Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. 
We will only harvest honey which is surplus to the bees' requirements.  To do this we leave a whole box of their honey on  each of the colonies throughout the year and only harvest honey from the extra boxes that they fill when they have a good flow of nectar.   All our honey is harvested individually from each apiary and sold with the location on the labelling enabling our customers to buy a honey that really is local to them. 
We pick all our sites for their unique locations.  All have something unique for the bees to work, thus producing unique honeys.

Selsey Willows are a family run fishing business based in Selsey. With their own boat, they go out fishing daily, supplying local restaurants, pubs, business and farmers markets across the south east of England. Particually famous for their locally caught lobsters and crabs.

Delicious savoury meat pies & more, Simon’s Pies are a home-based business producing hand-crafted scotch eggs, sausage rolls, delicious meat pies and more. All sold from various Farmers’ market stalls across the home counties.

Meat

Growing up our lives couldn't be more different. Luke grew up in bustling Brighton with an obsession for his toy farm set, and Krisz had the rural ideal of Southern Hungary, but eager for a different journey. We are more smallholders by choice than born into agricultrural lineage. A case of extreme hobbying!​ The farm has been developing in its current guise since 2003, ticking along providing high quality livestock and enough free range food for ourselves. Lockdown threw some significant challenges and provided the catalyst for change. The hobby needed to evolve into a business. Fast forward a few years and we are on our way. A welfare friendly smallholding focusing on quality stock for sale, the production of free range meat and an educational resource supporting the learning and wellbeing of community members.

Meat

We are a family run mixed flock based on the Hampshire/Surrey border. Producing the finest prime lamb.

Bread & Cake Producers

The business was founded by Laura Bland. Laura began baking many years ago whilst away from work and bringing up her 2 sons at home. Before long she was supplying birthday cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes and chocolate brownie to family and friends. Through word of mouth referrals and recommendations, Laura’s hobby grew into an accidental business. The variety of creations within Laura’s baking portfolio continued to expand but there was one product which her customers couldn’t get enough of; her homemade chocolate brownie. With the encouragement and help of family and friends, Laura decided to make her product available to a wider audience through an online store and in 2016 The Homemade Brownie Company was born!

Pies & Savoury Pastries

Homemade in my two beloved AGA cookers, Thelma and Louise! I use only locally bred, free range pork and free range organic eggs.  Therefore your delicious sausage roll is made not only from happy pigs and chooks, but you will also benefit from my generous portion control and have a hearty sausage roll to fill you up!! I have added scotch eggs and beef empanadas to the menu.  I bake my scotch eggs in the AGA rather than deep fry them – this gives you a healthier scotch egg so no excuse not to indulge! Keep an eye out for my special flavour of the month! I offer a weekly delivery service to Arundel and Littlehampton areas. Please contact me to confirm delivery days as this can change weekly.

Fruit & Veg

Tomatoes have been grown in the Arreton Valley, nestled in the heart of the Isle of Wight, for over 20 years. The Tomato Stall brings the freshest, ripest and tastiest organic and conventional tomatoes from Wight Salads, here on the Isle of Wight, to Farmers’ Markets. All organic produce grown by the nursery is Soil Association certified and we aim to have as much organic produce as possible at our various locations every week, sometimes as much as 60%. This depends mainly on the time of year and, of course, the availability of fruit. From March to November you should see a great variety of tasty organic tomatoes on our stalls.

Meat

Our story doesn’t begin many generations ago with our ancestors raising livestock on family land. Ours is a story of a couple who set out in 2020 to change their lifestyle and what they were eating for the better. As novice farmers, we’ve established a small scale; welfare led farm in North-East Hampshire. We are dedicated to producing exceptional, native breed, free-range pork, Whilst passionately improving pig welfare standards and our environment.

Dairy

Husband and wife team, Graham and Tracey Longhurst run Wildcroft Dairy, which is less than 30 minutes from Petersfield, in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The dairy is home to the largest herd of critically endangered English Goats along with the more well known dairy breeds, producing delicious Raw (unpasteurised) Goats Milk, Goats Cheese, Raw Goats Milk Kefir and Goats Milk Soap. Being raw the milk has not been subjected to pasteurisation which keeps all the goodness found in raw milk. As well as the dairy produce, goat meat is also usually available from Farmers’ Markets.

Plants

Yvonne's Plants is based in Gosport, Hampshire, and run by Yvonne, an avid gardener and allotmenteer, who has been busily growing her own food for around 30 years. It came about almost by accident really, back in 2010, with 2 paste tables at a local car-boot sale, as a way of shifting a few plants that were surplus to requirement in my back garden, but as with all things in the garden, it grew...

We pride ourselves on our light and airy coffee shop, and we offer you fresh ethically sourced coffee, speciality flavoured teas, breakfasts, light lunches, freshly made pizza, after school specials and delicious homemade cakes. We are also fully licensed and offer gin, Prosecco, wine, beer and cider, all from local Hampshire providers.

Our Passion & Mission Good food, produced sustainably and locally where possible, is at our heart. It started with a chutney, SO good, that people wanted to take it home. Now Hampshire Pantry has expanded from a much loved project of The Shoe Inn and The Bucks Head to become the sister site we are today. Hampshire Pantry is the culmination of farmers joining with producers to showcase great, local food, from farm to table. With the farm and farm shop at our core, we’re also home to a cafe, coffee roastery, gelateria, seasonal pot shop and pick your own produce. Situated in the Old Baptist Chapel, the Headley with Ashford Hill Community Shop is run by a happy band of local volunteers! They offer locally baked, high-quality bread from Honesty Bakery at Greenham. To make sure you get your fresh bread or your favourite loaf, you can pre-order and the shop will reserve it for you. The shop also offers Fairtrade goods, deli items including Butler Country Estates Smoked Trout products and savouries and there’s a post office and dry cleaning service. They act as a community hub for Headley, Ashford Hill.

Henderson's Fishmongers in Yateley. We are a local family-run business specialising in the finest fresh fresh, smoked fish and other fine foods. We source as much of our fish as possible from local day boats, supporting local fishermen.

Farm Shop

In 2023 and after diversifying in farming, my wife started producing our traditional Jersey ice cream from her little parlour here on our farm. Hiltonbury Jerseys are very proud to be able to offer our customers a range of top quality, delicious products from Fresh Jersey Milk, Jersey fudge, Jersey cream & traditional Jersey ice cream to home reared beef. All of our products are produced here on our farm, plus we also stock other homemade products from small local businesses. Our Farm Shop located in Compton, just outside of Winchester is where you will find our farm shop. Situated within our working farm you can purchase the following items: Fresh Raw Jersey Milk – We have pre-bottled raw Jersey milk that is available 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm served from our farm fridge. Fresh Pasteurised Jersey Milk – We have a vending machine where you can bottle your own fresh Jersey milk (this milk is not homogenised), where you bottle the milk yourself or make milk shakes and we were one of the first farms to install a milk to vending machine in Hampshire in 2016 to sell direct to the public from the farm gate. It is still very successful today! Jersey Fudge – We have a selection of Jersey fudge which has been made with our creamy raw milk. Traditional Jersey Ice Cream – We produce on farm our own style traditional ice cream. Fresh Raw Jersey Cream – Produced here on our farm, our raw cream is second to none. Ideal for pouring onto your deserts! Fresh Free Range Eggs – We have regular stock of these eggs and supply egg cartons to pick & pack yourself. Fresh Duck Eggs – Delicious and popular with our customers, if you fancy something different, give these a try. Quail Eggs – Grab them while you can! They do not hang around long. Home Reared Beef – Fresh home reared beef (Because our beef is very popular, we do recommend you call us before you come!) Cakes & Bread – We stock a large range of homemade cakes, scones and bread with different varieties every day. Butchers

We are a traditional butchers shop specialising in locally sourced, quality meat. We have an in-house dry ager, deli counter and sell a variety of other products such as fresh fruit/veg, pies, eggs, honey, cheese, sauces, seasonings and of course Butler Country Estates' Trout products, and much more. Chris, Edwin and Jake offer advice on how to prepare and cook all cuts of meat and have combined butchery experience of over 58 years. We offer weekly deals, packs and special offers. Based at Olovers Battery in Winchester and West Wellow.

Shappen Stores sits in the small village of Burley, right in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Trading on the same site since 1908, the butchery provides high quality meat to local residents and visitors alike, as well as a wide selection of hand-picked drink and deli products. Our in-house butcher Nick has worked in and around the New Forest for 28 years: his local knowledge is second to none, and he only uses suppliers that he knows and trusts as custodians of the forest and its traditional practices. With regular visits to our friends at Folds Farm (Godshill) and Manor Farm (Cadnam), we really mean it when we say that we know where our meat comes from. We are proud to have been awarded the New Forest Marque – a distinctive sign of quality which is only given to products and produce that have been grown, reared, caught, brewed, produced or processed within the New Forest. Look out for their logo on many of our in-store products as well, as we love to stock local suppliers, from honey to gin to shortbread biscuits!

Farm Shop

West Lea Farm Shop is situated in the South Downs National Park, just outside Alresford. The shop is set in a beautiful position amongst our own watercress beds. We sell watercress (of course!), local rainbow trout, fruit and vegetables, quiches, cheeses, soups, bread and pastries, cakes, eggs, sausages, bacon, preserves, biscuits - most of which are sourced from local suppliers. We also supply a small amount of very locally sourced sparkling wine, beer, cider and spirits. We are a small and friendly team made up of Sandra, Phoebe, Kasia, Shelly and Marie, one of whom you will meet in the shop. Please do come and visit!

Suppliers

Purveyors of the finest watercress grown in the heart of the county. A family run business with ties in the industry for nearly a century. Grown in a traditional manner all year round and harvested by hand without the use of any machinery, pesticides or sprays. They supply fresh watercress to pubs, restaurants, farm shops and greengrocers in the local area.

Started as a small family business selling cakes in 2013 , Country Delights has grown year on year, adding a wider range of products for our ever growing customer base. As well as producing our own range of cakes and chilled pastry products, we are wholesalers, stocking over 500 fine food products to be delivered across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, specialising in farm shops and independent country stores.

Elvetham Heath’s Market selling locally artisan food on the second Saturday of the month Elvetham Heath Market has a fantastic selection of stalls selling artisan food, plants and flowers. We run on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10am to 1.30pm. Our location is in The Key on Elvetham Heath GU51 1HA.

Farmer's Market

The Guildford Farmers’ Market takes place on the famous High Street on the first Tuesday of every month (except for in the month of January) between 10.30am and 3.30pm. The market celebrated its 10th anniversary back in 2010 and has over 40 different local vendors from Guildford and further afield. Meats, cheeses, breads, vegetables, art work, jams & preserves, baked goods, fresh herbs, oils, teas and homemade drinks are just some of the things you’ll find at this lovely local’s farmers’ market. There is plenty of parking around the High Street. Some of the bigger and more accommodating locations nearby include Castle Car Park (GUI 3RW) on Town Path near to the Holy Trinity Church of England and Leapale Road Car Park (GU1 4JX) near the corner of College Road and Leapale Lane. There are a number of smaller car parks in the area, as well.

Community Interest Company

Hampshire Fare is a small team making a big difference, by championing local produce to consumers and trade businesses. The aim is to inspire residents to discover the abundance of produce available on the doorstep, including cheese, charcuterie and cider, and establish Hampshire as a top foodie destination. This is achieved through facilitating events, opportunities, publicity, and having a voice with local and national organisations. The intention is to encourage members' development, inform the public and educate the next generation.

Farmers' Market

Hampshire Farmers’ Markets brings fabulous produce to seven towns and cities across the county each and every month. Showcasing the best of what Hampshire has to offer, all of our stallholders are the producers; small businesses based in rural areas growing and rearing their own to bring to customers.

Farmers' Markets

Set up in 2012, inOdiham is a not-for-profit organisation run by a friendly group of local residents, who believe in the benefits of a close-knit community and work together to enrich the village experience for everyone. As a registered Community Interest Company, our team consists entirely of unpaid volunteers – meaning no shareholders and no members of the Committee receive payment for their services. inOdiham is closely supported by various local authorities and companies – all of whom share the joint aim of delighting visitors and helping bring the admirable Odiham community closer together.

Farmers' Market

The Farmers Market is a great opportunity to support our local farmers who have grown or produced their food/plants within a 40 miles radius. Our Farmers Market operates from 9.00am – 1.00pm every 4th Saturday of the month and is managed and operated by Food Rocks South. The South West Surrey Farmers Markets Co-Operative was established in 1999, we are a family of 50 producers who collectively bring Farmers Markets to Surrey. We are a not-for-profit organisation, who came together to bring the best of local and carefully sourced produce and goods to our local communities through our monthly Farmers Markets held in Haslemere & Milford.
