We use Hampshire rainbow trout caught in the gin crystal clear waters of Hampshire’s nutrient-rich rivers to make our smoked pate, fillets and whole sides. We prepare and pin bone the fillets, then cure the trout with our unique brine ready for hot smoking using an aromatic mix of apple, oak and a little hickory. The result is a gift to the senses: smoked trout pate is richly indulgent, creamy, and chunky, wonderfully succulent smoked fillets, whole sides and whole smoked trout. All with a golden brown glow encouraging taste with its deep and layered smoky aromas.
We offer free delivery of our smoked trout in the Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth areas.

We deliver for free to the following postcodes on the 3rd Saturday & Sunday of the month:

Please order before Monday midday for delivery the following Thursday, 3rd Saturday & Sunday of the month.

While we always bring a wide variety of our products to the markets, it's always best to order in advance to ensure you get what you want in case we run out on the day.

We can courier our smoked trout to anywhere in the United Kingdom. Delivery is within 24 hours and the courier is from £6.95. Our pate and fish are specially packed to ensure they stay chilled throughout the journey to you.
