Butler Country Estates is excited to announce that we will be exhibiting our award-winning smoked trout products at The Local Produce Trade Show 2023. The show for local producers is being held on February 2nd 2023 at The Hilton at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our award-winning smoked trout products to a wider audience.
Our smoked trout is made from only the freshest and highest quality trout sourced in the local Hampshire chalk rivers. We use a traditional smoking process to infuse the fish with a delicious smoky flavour that has earned us multiple awards and accolades.
At the Local Produce Trade Show, visitors will have the opportunity to taste our smoked trout for themselves. We will be offering samples of our products, so you can experience the taste and quality that has made us a favourite among trout lovers.
