A Trio of New Additions!

Spring is all about new beginnings, and we’re delighted to unveil our new branding, a new team member and a new membership! 

Firstly, is our refreshed brand look. This marks an exciting new chapter for the business and we hope you love the new design as much as we do. The team loved the existing mark, but it needed greater clarity and flexibility to support the brand’s growth, particularly across packaging and future applications.

The refreshed logo retains the original trout and the distinctive green and pink colour palette, but refines them into a more fluid, modern and legible design. It stays true to the brand’s heritage but gives it a stronger, more recognisable identity as it continues to grow.

The new branding is on our packaging and market stalls, you can check our calendar to see where we’ll be next, and of course The Troutlet is open Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm, if you’d like to visit us.

Welcome to the Team, Susie

As the brand continues to grow, we’re delighted to welcome Susie Parker to the team as our new Sales & Marketing Manager. Susie brings many years of experience in customer engagement and relationship building, and we’re excited about the ideas and energy she will bring to the business. We’re sure many of you will meet her at markets and events in the coming months.

Membership to The Guild of Fine Foods

We are very excited to announce that we are now Members of The Guild of Fine Food which has been championing independent food and drink retailers, producers, wholesalers and distributors that supply them, since 1995.

The Guild also organises The Great Taste Awards which is the largest and most trusted accreditation schemed for food & drink producers across the world. We are very proud to have received four awards over the years and have seen first-hand the trust and confidence that they give to the public.
