We’re starting May the best way we know how — out in the wild, seeing you all in person! There’s something incredibly special about stepping away from the kitchen and meeting with the people who enjoy what we make.
This week is a busy (and exciting) one for us, with four lovely events lined up. You’ll find us at the Hamble Spring Food Festival and Haslemere Farmers Market on Saturday, followed by the Haslemere Charter Fair on Mondayand the fabulous Guildford Farmers Market on Tuesday. And of course, the wonderful Watercress Festival on Sunday 17th May.

New Look, Same Delicious Dressing
Here’s a little sneak peek of something we’ve been working on behind the scenes… and we couldn’t be more excited. Our Hampshire Dressing is getting a fresh new look and is almost ready to make its debut!
The redesign has been brought to life by the brilliant Ali Fielder at Bongo Creative, who’s helped us sharpen our messaging and really focus on what makes our brand special. The result? Packaging that feels clearer, stronger, and much more “us”.
We’re now in the final stages—fine-tuning those all-important details on the labels—before rolling the new look out across the full range to keep everything consistent and beautifully considered.

And last but not least…Dairy Free & Full of Flavour
For those who love their pâté simple, pure, and completely dairy-free, our Smoked Trout Pâté range is one to savour.
Made using a plant-based cream alternative, it delivers all the richness and flavour you’d expect—without the dairy. The range includes three delicious varieties: classic, with dill, and with watercress, each offering its own fresh twist.
Perfect enjoyed on its own, paired with Cradoc’s crackers, or spread generously over lightly toasted sourdough, it’s a wonderfully versatile addition to any table. And if feedback is anything to go by, it’s already winning plenty of fans.
